Research & style:
Detailed meeting to discuss your personal wedding style. Together we will create a custom inspiration board of your wedding day design concept.
budget:
Together we will discuss your financial parameters and develop a detailed budget spreadsheet for all things related to the design aspects of your wedding. These items will include but are not limited too florals, rentals, lighting, stationary, wedding cake and day of accessories.
referrals:
Our goal as your planner is for you to build a team of reliable, professional service providers. We are happy to refer you to a amazing list of local vendors in categories such as photography, videography, entertainment, officiants, transportation, hair and makeup and more.
Vendor Management and Appointments
appointments:
Your coordinator will verify availability, set appointments and accompany you to find and build the perfect team of design vendors. Every bride will have the opportunity to see a tabletop mock up of their wedding day vision.
venue menu testing:
We will attend your venue menu tasting to fine tune all the day of logistics. At this meeting we will review all the fine details of your wedding day and begin the steps of creating a day of timeline and a Banquet Event Order for the venue.
timelines:
An extensive “day-of” timeline will later be created and distributed to all vendors to make sure that your day runs smoothly!
Detailed onsite coordination and management of the entire wedding day.
Oversee complete vendor set-up of the ceremony and reception site to ensure that your wedding will meet all of your expectations.
Make sure that all place cards, menu cards, favors, guest book and any other special items are properly placed per the clients direction.
Communicate with musicians on ceremony song selection and cue wedding party for processional.
Manage banquet staff regarding set up and compliance of floor plans.
Attend a sound check with the band musicians or disc jockey. Work with them to establish timing for all the key events of the evening. Make sure the MC is fully equipped to pronounce each name of the bridal party.
Cheerfully greet and escort all wedding guests.
Handle final payments and gratuities to vendors.
All specially designated items to leave with the bride and groom will be packed up and ready to take at the end of the night.
Every wedding includes one assistant. Additional assistants will be provided if needed based on event logistics and guest counts.
Marriage License Information.
Handling of all travel & accommodations on the wedding day for the bride and groom including any special requests for their honeymoon suite
